Error during installation of VCF: "Http failure response for /v1/sddcs.....: 0 Unknown Error"

Issue/Introduction

• During a new deployment of VCF 9.0, various errors are received and remediated through self solve
• After clicking "Retry and Proceed with Deployment", the page showing "Your deployment is in progress" seems to be hung after several hours
• The task at the bottom of the page is showing a Status of 'In progress' 
• There is an error on the page:
  
  Http failure response for /v1/sddcs/########-####-####-####-############: 0 Unknown Error

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

The browser session has timed out or an unknown error occurred preventing the page from refreshing

Resolution

Copy the URL from the hung browser session and paste into a new browser window. You should now see the current status of the deployment or any current task failure.
