Avi Service Engine's not getting an IP on the Frontend network

Issue/Introduction

You are able to successfully enable WCP with Avi, but the Avi VIPs are not showing up.

The Avi frontend network is configured to get its IP via DHCP.

Cause

DHCP server on the frontend network is not handing out IPs.

Resolution

Enable DHCP on the Avi frontend network or correct its configuration.
