Issue/Introduction

Unable to get OVA/OVF file to setup VSAN Witness Appliance for hosts running ESXI VMware ESXi, 7.0.2, 17867351.

Environment

7.0 U2.

Cause

OVA for 7.0 didn't get listed for customer. Only OVA for 8.0 got listed. There was issue with the entitlement for the account. 

Resolution

A case has been created with GCA team for the issue with the entitlement for the account.
