ConnectALL Activity Monitor fails to show retries for State/Status synch failures

Issue/Introduction

Reported issue with State <--> Status field mappings between Rally and Jira

If you have a missing value mapping for State <--> Status and try to move to that state on an already created work item, ConnectALL fails the synchronization, but does not update the Activity Monitor with that information.  It does, however, increment the failure counter in Related Artifacts

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between Rally and Jira

   1. Entity Type: Defect

   2. Add Name <--> Summary

   3. Add State <--> Status

      1. Add a value mapping for one State/Status pair.  Make sure you have at least one missing mapping

2. Create a defect in Rally and set the State to one of the valid value mappings configured above

3. Run the automation

4. In Jira, set the Status to a missing value mapping

5. Run the automation

6. A failure is shown in the Activity Monitor

7. Run the automation again

 

Expected Results: 

• A failure is shown in the Activity Monitor

• Failure count in Related Artifacts is incremented

Actual Results:

• No information is displayed

• Failure count in Related Artifacts is incremented
