Issue/Introduction

Agent is showing "File Inventory out of Date" for Policy status

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

Occurs after an OS (operating system) upgrade. The agent will re-verify it's file inventory and re-sync with the server.

Resolution

This will resolve on it's own, after the agent has finished verifying and re-syncing it's file inventory with the server.
