Issue/Introduction

Users attempting to modify job definitions through the Quick Edit feature in Workload Control Center (WCC) are unable to save their changes. This issue manifests as an inability to perform updates or edits on jobs, effectively blocking the modification of job attributes within the Quick Edit interface.

Resolution

This problem is typically caused by a lack of necessary permissions within WCC's object control policies.  To resolve this, ensure that the user ID or user group attempting to edit jobs has explicit access granted for */Job* objects.
