Issue/Introduction

Working on code to access reports OM View through the OM Web Viewer REST API.
Instead of using a username and password, are they able to authenticate using a certificate and key?

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer™ for z/OS
• Output Management View® for z/OS

Resolution

Web Viewer API login operation requires username and password that is valid for the mainframe ESM. Authentication using certificates is not supported.
