Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to reset SSO in VCF Operations using the KB How to Reset SSO in VCF 9.0  fails with the following:

Unable to reset SSO. Please resolve the issue and try again.

• Deleting the Identity Broker component in VMware Cloud Foundation Fleet Management >> Lifecycle UI fails with the error:

Failed to delete VCF Identity Broker from VCF Operations.

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.

Resolution

1. Create snapshots on VMware Cloud Foundation Operations Snapshot Creation in VMware Aria Operations
   
   
2. Apply the steps documented in the following KB  Cleanup SSO configuration if VCF Identity Broker is down
   
   
3. Delete VIDB using Fleet management , steps on KB Unable to remove VMware Identity Broker (VIDB) from Fleet Manager prior to redeploy of VIDB
