Issue/Introduction

  • How to change the severity only for Switch down/Unresponsive events from critical to Major? 

  • There are other systems like router,firewall etc are discovered in the SMARTS for which severity should be CRITICAL only.

All supported releases of Smart

Resolution

Add below highlighted entries in dxa-conn-perf.conf for Switch followed by restart of the SAM service.
