Add 'Click Here' Button In The Email When Action Item Is Triggered From The MUX

Issue/Introduction

When an action item is triggered from the action item module of the MUX, an email without "Click here" button is received. Is there a way to get that button when action item is triggered from the MUX?

Resolution

1. Go to Administration and Notifications. Open Action Item for New UX:
2. Notification Name: Action Item
3. Notification ID: ACTION_ITEM_LIBRARY
4. Description: Notification from the Action Items Library in the new user experience
5. Under the Notification Body click the binoculars, which gives these Links:
   • Action Item Property Page
   • Action Item Details Page
6. Select both and click "Add" & "Save"
