Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading VMware Cloud Director to 10.6.1.1, users encounter the following error when attempting to access Scale Groups:
  
  " The VMware Cloud Director server does not support any API versions used by this API client. Client candidate versions: 35.2,35.0,34.0.33.0,32.0,31.0,30.0; VMware Cloud Director supported versions: 37.0,37.1.37.2.37.3.38.0,38.1,39.0,39.1 " 
  
  

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Cause

This problem occurs primarily due to schema changes introduced in the upgrade from VCD 10.5 to 10.6. Existing database entries still follow the older format, causing inconsistencies when accessing Scale Groups.

Resolution
