Report Designer reports Copy option greyed out

Issue/Introduction

Unable to copy reports on the Report Designer unless the Reporting - Report Designer - Edit - All access right is granted to the user

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a user with the following access rights:
      
   • Global: 
        Reporting - Data Provider - Navigate
        Reporting - Navigate
        Reporting - Report Designer - Copy
        Reporting - Report Designer - Navigate
        
   • Instance: 
        Reporting - Report Designer - Edit (Grant this over an existing Report, let say Capacity Vs Demand)
2. Login as the user above
3. Go to MUX > Reporting > Report Designer
4. You can see the Capacity Vs Demand report
5. Right click on it

Expected Results: The Copy option to be enabled and being able to copy the report 
Actual Results: The Copy option is disabled

This is caused by DE176372

Resolution

This is fixed in:

• Clarity 16.3.3.2 (16.3.3 Patch 2)
• Clarity 16.4.0

Workaround: Grant the global Reporting - Report Designer - Edit - All access right
