How to find Aria Automation appliance root password

Issue/Introduction

This article describes the steps to verify the root password for the Aria Automation appliance.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Resolution

You can verify Aria Automation root password from "Locker" in Aria Suite Lifecycle.
The root password for Aria Suite Lifecycle is required in this step.

1. Navigate to Lifecycle "Locker" > "Passwords"
2. Find the password alias that Aria Automation used.
3. Click the vertical ellipses (⋮) for the selected password. Select "View Password"
4. Enter the root password for Aria Suite Lifecycle appliance and select "Validate and View Password".
5. Click the eye icon to display the password.
