Issue/Introduction

Changing pages on the Dashboard "Related Artifacts" table sorted by "Record Updated Date"  causes sorting issues when paging through results

If the results are sorted in ascending order, the sort order reverts back to descending order when paging.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. On the Dashboard, "Related Artifacts" table, sort "Record Updated Date" in ascending order.

2. Select the next page arrow

3. The page will now contain records sorted by record updated date (desc)
4. Return to page 1
5. The page will now contain records sorted by record update date (descending) and doesn't match the records that were previously listed in step 1.

Expected Results: 

• The sorting order will be honored between pages

Actual Results:

• The sorting order selected is not honored
