Issue/Introduction

On workload management menu on VC UI, Supervisor stuck in configure state. 

Shows error.

Environment

vSphere Supervisor

Cause

Proxy enablement can cause blocking of package reconciliation. 

Resolution

Steps to resolve
Temporarily disable https proxy configuration from the UI. Supervisor > Configure > Network > Proxy configuration

Restart wcp service to allow for reconciliation
service-control --restart wcp  

Velero package will then reconciled

re-enabled https proxy config from the UI and restart wcp
service-control --restart wcp  

All pkgs should then reconcile successfully
