Issue/Introduction

After Linux Operating System Patch upgrade Secondary Spectroserver status show "Not Ready" under Monitored Landscapes in OneClick console

Environment

23.3.x, 24.3.x

Cause

Firewall blocking the access

Resolution

MapUpdate -v of Primary and Secondary Spectroservers are showing both entries

 

Check sestatus
If it is enabled change it to permissive or disabled

 

Check firewalld status
systemctl status firewalld

If it is running then stop firewalld
systemctl stop firewalld
