Error "is not a property" while upgrading RabbitMQ Tile

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading the RabbitMQ tile, you may observe the below error:

Environment

NA

Cause

This property should have always been set to false after RabbitMQ 3.7. It was left in the tile for some time after for legacy reasons, but removed from tile 2.4

Resolution

Kindly remove this config as this is no longer used and apply the change.
