After upgrading VMware Cloud Director from version 10.5.1 to 10.6.1.1, users may experience an error when accessing the Scale Groups tab. The user interface fails to load correctly and two Scale Groups tabs appear simultaneously. Additionally, the following error message is displayed:
This issue impacts the ability to view and manage scale groups within the tenant portal, blocking operations such as creating or editing scale groups

The issue occurs due to conflicting versions of the Auto Scale plugin enabled in the Customize Portal section after the upgrade. Specifically, two different versions of the Auto Scale plugin are active simultaneously, causing the UI to malfunction and triggering the HTTP 406 error. as shown in the below image:
To fix this issue, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Customize Portal.
Identify the two versions of the Auto Scale plugin listed.
Disable the lower or incompatible version of the Auto Scale plugin.
Save the changes and refresh the tenant portal.
After disabling the incompatible Auto Scale plugin version, the Scale Groups tab will load correctly, and all scale group functionalities (viewing, creating, editing) will operate as expected.
