A Tenant can only be removed/deleted by the Broadcom Support team.
Please open a ticket with Broadcom Support and reference this article number 411706.
Log in to the Business Service Console.
Rename the tenant that requires deletion to include the prefix "To Be Deleted -".
Example: Rename [Tenant Name] to To Be Deleted - [Tenant Name].
This prevents other users from accidentally using the tenant and clearly flags it for the backend engineering team
Open a Support Request with Broadcom Support.
Note: Explicitly state in the case description that the tenant has been renamed and is ready for deletion.
