Issue/Introduction

Gateway MPP update fails.  

Extract from pms_0_0.log file...

Environment

All Supported versions of API Gateway.

Cause

Excessive log files in /var/log volume.

Resolution

Refer to API Gateway Product documentation - Debian-Based Virtual Appliance Gateway: Default Syslog Config Prone to Excessive Logging

Clean up the /var/log volume and restart rsyslog service after updating the /etc/rsyslog.conf file.
