When signing in via CloudHealth Single Sign On, you may receive the following error:
The typical cause of this issue will be whitespace characters being included when copying the code from the email AuthHub provides for MFA.
To rule this out please manually type the MFA code from the email rather than copy and pasting as this will eliminate whitespace characters as a potential cause.
If the issue persists please capture a HAR file via - Generate a HAR file and pass this via a ticket to CloudHealth support, and confirm that you've manually typed out the MFA code.
