Deployment schema properties are not being populated when used as a binding in a custom Resource Action

Issue/Introduction

A custom Resource Action is created that will have a property binding from an action input.  After editing the binding and selecting a Deployment Schema property, then saving the binding, initiating the resource action will not show the expected property. 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1 Update 2 or lower

Cause

There is a known bug where the deployment schema properties are not usable

Resolution

Apply version 8.18.1 Update 3
