Email alerts are set up in our NAS probe Auto Operator. The emailgtw probe is not having any issues that can be identified and the NAS is working correctly. We have verified that everything looks like it is the same in Prod and NonProd, but NonProd is not processing email alerts. We have a team that requires this functionality so we need to get it fixed as soon possible.

Resolution
After switching the mail gateway in the emailgtw probe, to a different mail relay/gateway, the mail was successfully sent.
The customer will follow up with their mail admin to see what the problem is with the other mail relay/gateway in Non-Prod that has the same hostname but ends in .net.
