When attempting to upgrade NSX Manager, the upgrade files(.mub and .pub) are uploaded to NSX Manager. The file versions uploaded are past the supported version listed on Broadcom NSX Upgrade Path.

The upgrade files were then manually deleted from NSX Manager, causing issues with Repo Sync failing.
This manual file removal process of the upgrade files is not supported in this case.
This has caused the repo sync to be failing due to the Upgrade Coordinator being automatically upgraded, then being the incorrect version.
