Endevor assemble error ASMA017W for PTF LU15053

Issue/Introduction

While applying PTF LU15053, we are trying to run compile Job, ASM step ran with CC=4 and LINK step is flushed with below error message:

** ASMA017W Undefined keyword parameter; default to positional, including keyword - C1DEF/TXMALIASMBR 

Environment

Endevor V19.0

Resolution

The PTF delivered changes to ipfrx.iqual.CSIQSRC(C1DEFLTS)
TXMALIASMBR=,            PARMLIB TX METHOD ALIAS MEMBER X

and iprfx.iqual.CSIQOPTN(C1DEFLTS)
&TXMALIASMBR=,     PARMLIB TRANSMISSION METHOD ALIAS MBRX

When manually reconciling the changes to elements, ensure both members have been updated.
