Error: "HPE Compute Ops management secure gateway. The secure gateway has a critical error because some of its internal services did not fully initialize" after logging into the Appliance

Issue/Introduction

• Appliance is deployed with OVA template, however error is seen after login:

  HPE Compute Ops management secure gateway. The secure gateway has a critical error because some of its internal services did not fully initialize. Recommendation: To resolve this issue, power the appliance off and then on by selecting these actions for secure gateway in the virtual machine (VM) manager. If the issue persists, create a support case by visiting HPE Greenlake, Clicking the help icon in the header. Create new case and selecting Compute Ops Management. (Error code: SG-UI-00047)

• VM cannot be powered on and it fails with the error message: Operation failed. the host does not have sufficient network capacity to satisfy the reservation even after HPE Compute Appliance is  migrated to the dvport group which has network resource pool with 2 GBPS of reservation
• 
• Network card was checked by removing network adapters however VM services are starting 
• Same storage is confirmed for clusters

• VMware ESXi host 7.X

• Engage with HPE for further analysis
