The VM Overrides page continues to load for some clusters

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
In the vSphere Client, the Cluster > Configure > VM Overrides page cannot be opened for some clusters, but it works for other clusters or a new cluster.

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 7.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 8.0.x

Cause

Stale VM Overrides data (with "name": null) exists in vCenter and can be observed using the browser's debug tool (e.g., Chrome > Developer Tools > Network; check the HTTP response for VMOverridesData for the problematic cluster).

Resolution

Restart vCenter.
