Customer has changed the vCenter from IP to FQDN , then leave the AD domain and rejoin the same AD domain , after that , in Active Directory Domain page , there are two entries of IP and vCenter FQDN . the record of IP is stale .

The vCenter vmdir has a stale entry of vCenter .
1 Refer to article "Using JXplorer to connect to the vSphere Single Sign-on" , use jxplorer connect to the vCenter
2 Navigate to local --> vsphere --> Congfiguration --> Site --> Deault-First-Site --> Servers , located the record of IP of vCenter and right click your mouse and select Delete.
3 Reboot vCenter or restart vCenter service
