Xmanager started task fails to start with ABEND S052 U0000 REASON=00000102

Issue/Introduction

After applying Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS maintenance the Xmanager STC fails to start with abend code:

IEF450I PTXMAN PTXMAN - ABEND=S052 U0000 REASON=00000102

Cause

The Xmanager STC was configured with two different un-synced CDBALOAD libraries in the STEPLIB and PTILIB DD statements, meaning they were either at different maintenance levels or not matching.

Resolution

Update the STEPLIB and PTILIB DD statements to use the same CDBALOAD. This should resolve the mismatch problem causing Xmanager not to start.
