"Edge upgrade plan has errors" after uploading the PUB file to perform upgrade pre-check

Issue/Introduction

You see the error message as "Edge upgrade plan has errors" after uploading the PUB file to perform the upgrade.

Environment

VMware NSX 

Cause

There is an edge cluster which is empty, as the edge node which belongs to this cluster is already deleted. The upgrade plan is not able to query the deleted Edge node. The UUID of deleted transport can be found in the NSX manager logs 

/var/log/upgrade-coordinator/upgrade-coordinator.log

Resolution

Delete the unused Edge cluster, Tier-1 gateway and segment which are associated with this Edge cluster.
