Issue/Introduction
User is getting, "{"OperationResult":{"Errors":["error processing request: rally-alm-211tvrhdpbegdc1p40k40sb1xxu29036.rally-alm-250454"]}}" or similar error on the Work Views or other Rally page.
Cause
The issue can be caused by changes to fields, filters or user preferences stored in the Rally Application.
Resolution
Click on the Saved View dropdown and select Clear View.
Alternatively, users can select one of the saved views listed in the dropdown list.
