Issue/Introduction

Customers may request information on where to locate the most recent Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cloud and Core packages. This article provides the steps to access the current SLA document

Environment

Symantec CloudSOC portal

Symantec DLP Cloud Package

Resolution

  1. Log in to the CloudSOC portal.
  2. On the login page, locate the “Service Description” section.
  3. On the “Broadcom Software Offerings – Agreements and Resources” page, click on the  Product Specific Terms/Documentation section.
  4. In the first dropdown, select “Cyber Security Software.”
  5. In the second dropdown, select “Data Loss Prevention Cloud Package.”
  6. The most recent SLA document will appear, identified as “DLP Cloud (CloudSOC CASB, CDS, CWA) SaaS Listing. ”
