You would like to know if Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) is impacted by CVE-2022-4450

Environment

SPE 9.2.1 or newer

Resolution

CVE-2022-4450 affects OpenSSL versions 1.1.1d through 1.1.1s.  SPE 9.2.1 utilizes OpenSSL 1.1.1t and is therefore not impacted by this CVE.
