"Unknown Error" - 500 (Internal Server Error) after application opens and with local credentials entered

Issue/Introduction

A customer reports an issue with Teammate application through ZTNA. As seen on the screen below the application can be opened, but when the local username/password is entered an "unknown error" is returned.

Cause

Additional rule was required.

Resolution

Implement a link-translation rule to make application cookie to be set on the correct domain(s).. This also fixed the issue with the reported application, TeamMate+.
