What are "core.vpxd-worker.*" files in vCenter

Issue/Introduction

A new core.vpxd-worker.##### file is generated each time the vpxd service crashes unexpectedly. These files contain diagnostic information about the service's state at the time of the crash and are valuable for troubleshooting complex issues.

These files are typically created in the /var/core/ directory on vCenter Server appliances, as time goes by, /storage/core space is nearly full.

Environment

VMware vCenter 7.x
VMware vCenter 8.x

Resolution

Please check the date time of each core.vpxd-worker.##### file, if it was generated recently, sometimes we needs these logs for further troubleshooting.
If these logs are old files, and make sure will never need them, then we can delete safely.
