Newly created Audit Cards for Policy Violation in Identity Governance Administration UI, do not appear under "View Reports" in Jasper Server (version 8.2.0) with IGA v14.5.1 CHF 001. The Audit Card only becomes visible after a certification campaign has been created and the Audit Card is associated with that campaign. This behavior does not align with the customer's operational workflow, who expects to see the Audit Card directly after running the ETL process.
Identity Governance under Vapp v14.5.1 CHF 001
Jasper Server: 8.2.0
The ETL process is tied to campaign-specific data. Without a certification campaign, the ETL process will not display the violation report, and the behavior observed is by design. The audit card will only appear in "View Reports" once a certification campaign has been created and the audit card is associated with that campaign.
It is suggested to open an idea in our communities to propose to the Product Manager to review if this functionality (making the Audit Card available directly in "View Reports" without dependency on certification campaign creation) can be added as a future feature in the product. Instructions on how to create an idea can be found in Article 44090: Product enhancement requests for Identity Manager and other CA Security applications
