There’s some inconsistency in the dashboard. The ones below has SLA with user defined "Eastern Canada". On Autosys side, those jobs are scheduled in Eastern timezone as well.
But when SLA is switched to "Target Job Time Zone (default)", the success rates changed.

Bug fixes for data insights
Fixed an issue in Business Area Monthly Performance data insight and dashboard that led to different percentage values for SLA success when SLAs were defined to use a user-defined time zone and when the Target Job time zone was used.
