Issue/Introduction

When we try to deploy a template from the vCenter server we get the error as "A fatal error has occurred. Unable to continue".

It fails with the following error in the vSphere-ui-client-virgo.log

Resolution

  1. We regenerated the STS certificate on the vCenter  using the vCERT tool.
  2. Take the backup of the vCenter server and then follow the steps mentioned in the below article to regenerate the token on the vCenter server.
