"Unexpected Error" has occurred when upgrading Aria Operations for Networks

Issue/Introduction

Unable to upgrade Aria Operations for Networks due to upgrade bundle not being able to be processed. 

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.12.1
Aria Operations for Networks 6.13.0
Aria Operations for Networks 6.14.0

Cause

Permissions are not set correctly for the upgrade directory

Resolution

Go to the upgradebundle directory and check for permissions.

Login with support on platform 1 and run the below commands.

ub
sudo ls -lrth /usr/share/nginx

It should show www-data as the owner for the upgradebundle directory. 

If it says any other user, please run command below to change it.

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /usr/share/nginx/upgradebundle

Delete the bundle currently in the directory and start upload again
