Issue/Introduction

Spectrum Devices are not populating CAPC_Item_Id during incremental sync.

When running a full synchronization the idem ids do get populated.

Cause

Full synchronization locates all devices with relation to IP domain Global Collections, and is not reliant up Spectrum device events.

 

Incremental synchronization builds the list of devices to sync using the events generated on the devices as it relates to being ADDED / REMOVED from the IP Domain GC.

 

 

Resolution

Verify Spectrum Archive Manager (DDMDB) is running and healthy.

 

You can check the SPECROOT/SS/DDM - ARCHMGR.OUT for errors.
