SDM + Spectrum Integration with CXF Support

Issue/Introduction

Unable to connect from Spectrum to SDM which has CXF enabled webservices

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Install SDM 17.4 RU5 and integrate with spectrum 24.3.12
2.  Login to spectrum and Navigate to Administration-->Service Desk Configuration
3.  Provide the SDM User Name and Password and click on Test button

Result: Unable to connect to SDM which has CXF enabled webservices

Environment

Dx NetOps Spectrum 24.3.12

Cause

Not Supported in the 24.x release

Resolution

Per engineering this functionality is not released until version 25.4.1 of Spectrum
