Failover Manager failing to start after upgrade

Environment

Smarts - 24.3.x

Cause

After upgrade, SMHOME in ic-serviced is updated to different installer path.

Resolution

• Update SMHOME in /etc/init.d/ic-serviced with correct path, followed by restart of ic-serviced.
• Failover Manager would start.
