User blocked, cannot login to the ZTNA portal

Resolution

If resetting password via "Don't remember your password?" option in the login page is not possible, raise support ticket with Broadcom or your Partner.

Ensure to provide:

  • Company name
  • ZTNA tenant name
  • Blocked username
