Issue/Introduction

Changing password in the IM User Console is not propagated to the PS and therefore to any endpoint either. The logs do not show any errors.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5.1

Cause

The outbound mapping is configured incorrectly.

 

Resolution

Open IM Management Console: Home -> Environments -> identityEnv -> Provisioning. Correct mapping (default settings) is below:
