Invalid security code error (49b5 ) when using VIP Access for Android version 5.1.2

Issue/Introduction

The security code used immediately after opening the app may return a invalid security code (49B5) error with VIP Access for mobile version 5.1.2.

Cause

When the app is minimized or sent to the background, the app becomes inactive. When the app is restored back into focus, the same security code is displayed until the timer expires and a fresh security code is generated. This does not occur when the app is closed, then reopened. 

Resolution

Update the app to VIP Access Mobile 5.1.3 or later from the Google Play store.

VIP Access for iOS is not affected.
