Issue/Introduction

Cannot log into CCC URL due to HTTP Status 404 error.

<Please see attached file for image>

CCCerror404.JPG

Environment

Capacity Command Center 2.9.x

Cause

The HTTP Status 404 error is an message response from the webserver indicating it cannot find the ccc resources.

One possible cause we identified is, a few Jar files are missing from one of the applications folder \Capacity Command Center 2.9.2\ApacheTomcat\webapps\ccc\WEB-INF\lib\.

Jars_List.txt is a list of all Jar files that should exist in this directory.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to \Capacity Command Center 2.9.2\ApacheTomcat\webapps\ccc\WEB-INF\lib\, then validate there are 81 jar files in this folder.
If the folder contains less than 81 files, download JARs.zip which contains the most common jars that are missing:
    jersey-core-1.18.1.jar, jersey-guice-1.18.1.jar, jersey-json-1.18.1.jar, jersey-server-1.18.1.jar, jersey-servlet-1.18.1.jar, jsr311-api-1.1.1.jar, logback-classic-1.1.1.jar, logback-core-1.1.1.jar
  2. If jars are missing not included in the attached JARS.zip, please open a Support Case to request the missing files.

Additional Information

Note: Jars_List.txt and JARs.zip were retrieved from a CCC 2.9.x installation. Please open a Support Case if you have a different release
