When will CA Service Management be officially certified/supported with Windows 2025?

CA Service Management 17.4

Resolution

Certification/support for Windows 2025 is on the CA Service Management roadmap. 

As of September 2025, current plan is to certify Windows 2025 with CA Service Management 17.5, which is scheduled to be released in the second half of 2026 (subject to change).
