Error while trying to run ApplyHTTPS

Issue/Introduction

User is trying to install cert using ApplyHTTPS utility however it gives error "Could not connect to NFA console Database. Make sure all services are started"

Environment

NFA - 23.3.x

ApplyHttps - 24.3.x

OS - Windows 

Cause

mysql root password was changed using DBPasswordUtils.bat however DBPasswordUtils.bat was not run as an admin hence ReporterAnalyzer.ini file in <NFA_BASE>\DBUsers had default password in mysql.dbPassword.

Resolution

• Update new encrypted password to mysql.dbPassword in ReporterAnalyzer.ini file located at <NFA_BASE>\DBUsers followed by mysql restart. 
• Now run applyHttps and it would work. 

Additional Information

• Using NFA: ApplyHTTPS Tool
• If you have custom mysql password and performed migration, it is recommended to copy ReporterAnalyzer.ini to new server.
