OC Group device keeps addinga nd removing

Issue/Introduction

In OC Groups, one device is being added and removed from the group.

Environment

Release: Any DX UIM

Component: MCS

Resolution

As the device getting added and removed frequently MCS will not get time to load profiles.

Try these steps to stop remove/add of device from group:

 stop nis_server probe on Primary hub for sometime and see if the issue settles(nis_server is responsible for group management)
