"Create a Supervisor Namespace" Example Workflow Fails Despite Successful Namespace Creation

Issue/Introduction

The example workflow Create a Supervisor Namespace may fail during execution, even though the Supervisor Namespace is successfully created 

Environment

VCF Automation

Cause

The workflow plugin expects to see the annotation infrastructure.cci.vmware.com/id in the service responses.
However, in the initial responses after namespace creation, this annotation is missing. This mismatch causes the workflow to report a failure, even though the namespace object is successfully created in the backend.

Resolution

The fix will be included in the next release.

Workaround: 

Use the example workflow provided in the attached package.
